Based in Bangladesh (UTC+6): European business hours and US mornings/evenings both overlap well. Work is async-first, in English, with weekly written updates.
Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the code?
NDAs are fine. You own all code and IP; work happens in your repository wherever possible, with full ownership transferred on payment.
